MUN is an educational simulation where participants are known as delegates which are placed in committees and assigned country portfolio and then they serve as the representative of their respective country.
In this 2 day conference, MUN involves researching, public speaking, debating, and writing skills, in addition to critical thinking teamwork, and leadership abilities which collectively adds to your personality as well.
By registering to be a delegate at IYMUN , you would enhance your leadership skill and develop confidence through the experience gained.
IYMUN is simulating 5 committees
AIPPM : Electoral reform with emphasis to centre state election and state funding of elections.
UNGA-DISEC : Restriction of funding of non-state actors.
UN-HRC : Protection of human rights during an armed conflict with special emphasis on women.
UNGA- SOCHUM : The protection of children with special emphasis on child prostitution and sex tourism.
INTERNATIONAL PRESS : a parallel committee which includes reporters, journalists, photographers to cover the entire conference.
